TASTING ROOM AMBASSADOR

Lone Pine Brewing Company is currently seeking experienced candidates for the roles of TASTING ROOM AMBASSADOR. If you have the following qualifications and ability to fulfill the following duties listed, we would like the opportunity to review your resume.

TASTING ROOM AMBASSADOR APPLICANTS MUST BE:

  • Of legal age for alcohol consumption in the State of Maine

  • Experienced in relevant bar service

  • Intimately knowledgeable of craft beer and the craft beer industry

  • Well educated in brewing process, beer styles, and proper serving technique

  • Certified in relevant alcohol server training or have the willingness to acquire

  • Knowledgeable of draft line operations and maintenance

  • Self-motivated

  • Confident

  • Dog Friendly

  • People Friendly

  • Flexible (schedule-wise, not yoga-wise)

TASTING ROOM AMBASSADOR DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Creating and maintaining a relaxed, yet exciting environment

  • Cleaning, Care, and Upkeep of the Tasting Room Space

  • Product Quality Control

  • Sharing the Story and Experience of Lone Pine Brewing Company

  • Maintaining the operation and cleanliness of the tasting room draft system

  • Changing Kegs

  • Product organization and inventory

  • Accurately conveying product and company information to the customer

  • Properly representing Lone Pine Brewing by maintaining a passionate, expressive, and enthusiastic attitude

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time

  • Must be able to lift beer cases (30+lbs), team-lift kegs of beer (165lbs), and 50lbs worth of general materials and merchandise

PACKAGING ASSISTANT

Lone Pine Brewing Company is currently seeking experienced candidates for the roles of PACKAGING ASSISTANT. If you have the following qualifications and ability to fulfill the following duties listed, we would like the opportunity to review your resume.

PACKAGING ASSISTANT APPLICANTS MUST HAVE:

  • College education or equivalent trade school/military.
  • Long-term commitment to the craft beer industry.
  • Passion, creativity, technical/mechanical savvy, and commitment to quality and innovation.
  • The ability to work efficiently and follow instructions.
  • A commitment to workplace safety.
  • Flexibility to work long and/or odd hours, including nights and weekends.

PACKAGING ASSISTANT DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Operation of keg cleaning station in accordance with SOPs and under direction of the packaging manager.
  • Assistance, operation, and maintenance of the canning line under direction of the packaging manager.
  • Assistance, operation, and maintenance of the keg filling line under direction of the packaging manager.
  • Readying packaged product for transport.
  • Working with Packaging Manager and Operations Manager to execute packaging objectives.
  • Implementation of standard operation processes as needed under the direction of the packaging manager.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time

  • Must be able to lift beer cases (30+lbs), team-lift kegs of beer (165lbs), and 50lbs worth of general materials and merchandise

APPLICANTS MUST NOT HAVE BEEN CONVICTED OF SERVING ALCOHOL TO A MINOR IN THE LAST 5 YEARS.

Positions begin in Summer, there are no application deadlines at this time. Pay is DOE, tips included when applicable.
