Lone Pine was founded in 2016 on Anderson Street in Portland’s East Bayside neighborhood as a passion project between high school friends Tom Madden and John Paul. Since the early years Lone Pine has evolved to become one of the largest craft breweries in Maine, and in 2018 was the 4th fastest growing brewery in the country.

Where it all started. What began as our original brewing facility on Anderson Street in Portland’s East Bayside neighborhood has evolved into our main tasting rom and small batch Pilot System for experimental brews.

Open in the fall of 2019, our Gorham location is home to our production brewing facility, warehouse, and private event space. Our Gorham tasting room is currently closed to the public.

SUSTAINING OUR WATER SOURCE
The water we use at our Portland and Gorham production facilities comes from the Sebago Lake watershed outside of Portland. We’ve partnered with Sebago Clean Waters to assist in protecting the forestland that maintains the quality and stability of the watershed. 1% of all revenues from our craft seltzers and spirits are committed to Sebago Clean Waters quarterly.

CONSERVING OUR MATERIALS
Our CiCi Carbon Capture System from Early Labs allows us to capture and re-use CO2 created during fermentation throughout our brewing facility.
