REGIONAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE applicants MUST have a(n):

  • Calling on a high volume of accounts on a daily basis in the designated market area.
  • Expanding account lists strategically to increase both the brand’s exposure and volume of sales.
  • Managing and supporting existing accounts on a consistent basis through quality assurance checkpoints, POS items, staff training, etc.
  • Setting up promotional events in targeted accounts and executing events in a creative and high impact manner.
  • Attending and executing beer festivals as needed to increase consumer awareness as to the quality and breadth of our portfolio.

individual will work in conjunction with our Brewing and Packaging teams to ensure an efficient
work flow.

Candidates must be capable of thriving in a busy and fast paced environment. Candidates must
be physically able to perform labor intensive tasks at a safe but rapid pace and be detail
oriented.

WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT CANDIDATES MUST:

● Be Self Motivated
● Be able to work independently with minimal supervision at times
● Be able to lift up to 30lbs independently and repetitively
● Have prior warehouse experience
● Have forklift experience
● Have valid drivers license
● Be able to safely operate a small Box Truck and/or Cargo Van (Non-CDL)

Lone Pine Brewing is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of LEAD LABORATORY TECHNICIAN.

LEAD LABORATORY TECHNICIAN PREREQUISITES

  • Minimum 4 years lab experience working in a production brewing facility
  • Intimate understanding of the brewing process
  • Experience implementing and overseeing brewery QA/QC systems
  • Chemistry experience a plus

LEAD LABORATORY TECHNICIAN POSITION DUTIES INCLUDE

  • Run routine analytical analyses on beer samples including: pH, gravity measurements, alcohol, and other analytical tests.
  • Sanitary yeast collection, propagation, and maintenance.
  • Design, implement, and oversee brewery QA/QC operating procedures
  • Run routine analyses of packaged beer for oxygen, carbon dioxide, fill level, etc.
  • Develop and maintain statistical standards across product lines to confirm a consistently high quality finished product.
  • Conduct inspection and analysis of package integrity and specifications.
  • Utilize sterile technique to obtain and process microbiological samples.
  • Coordinate quality analyses ensuring accurate results, timely completion, and proper responses and notification.
  • Perform various studies and perform statistical analyses to improve quality throughout the brewery. Proactively suggest and implement process and recipe changes based on these analyses.
  • Other routine laboratory testing as needed.

The Director of Sales is responsible for managing a unique and motivated sales team, obtaining/maintaining key customer relationships, and delivering annual targets through a concise sales strategy/planning process. This position will also work closely with the brewery operations team to ensure efficient delivery of Lone Pine products to wholesalers. The Director of Sales will be an integral member of the Lone Pine management team and will participate in the planning, development, and execution of key brewery business objectives. The Director of Sales will report directly to the company’s co-founders.

Essential Job Functions: 

  • Develop annual and multi-year sales plans in support of organization’s strategic goals and objectives. This sales plan shall include both distributor and multiple-channel selling strategies and tactics.
  • Develop strategies and brand priorities for inclusion in annual business planning meetings for both national accounts and distributor partners. Work directly with brewery partners and distributors during annual, as well as monthly, business planning meetings.
  • Routine travel to various markets and work directly with Lone Pine wholesaler teams on site.
  • Oversee and evaluate market research. Adjust Sales strategies to meet changing market & competitive conditions. Recommend unique sales strategies for improvement, based on market research and competitor analysis.
  • Lead, coach and challenge the Sales division to continually improve upon distributor support and provide accountability for meeting deadlines of tangible deliverables while ensuring customer service standards are met. 
  • Responsible for developing and managing a sales team capable of carrying out needed sales and service initiatives. Identify key metrics of success relative to the performance of the sales team and ensure accountability for their performance.
  • Deliver sales presentations to key clients or distributors in coordination with Market Representatives.
  • Provide leadership and direction to all employees under direct supervision. Complete performance reviews and create Professional Development Plans for each member of the sales team
  • In collaboration with the business owners, develop and manage annual sales and sales-related marketing budgets.
  • Analyze and control expenditures of the sales team to conform to budgetary requirements. Make any necessary adjustments to expenditures throughout the fiscal year while being sensitive to the company’s operating budget.

  • Documentation:  Accurate documentation of all brewing and cellar practices.  Strict adherence to standard operating procedures.
